2.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 71jl: (a) employees of 71jl or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of 71jl employees; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) persons who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 71jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 71jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 4.2 Currency. All transactions on the 71jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may apply.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 71jl is ₱50. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your 71jl account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all funds held in the account may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies.

11.3 71jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 71jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your 71jl account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13.2 Escalation. 13.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you remain dissatisfied following 71jl's final response, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR or such other regulatory body as may have jurisdiction over the subject matter of the complaint.
13.4 Server Records. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or transaction, the records held on 71jl's servers shall be the definitive record and shall prevail over any records held on your device.
14.1 71jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 71jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
